By ordering from Say It On Paper™, you agree to the following:

Use of Photographs
By submitting your photos to Say It On Paper™:
- You certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photos you are submitting.
- You certify that you own the rights to the photograph you are submitting and allow us permission to use your images to fulfill your request for your photo stationery.
- If submitting a professional photo, you certify that you have obtained permission from the photographer to duplicate that image for the purposes of creating a birth announcement/invitation.

Permission to feature your photo card or custom design
- If you select to allow us to feature photo card or custom designed item on our site you give us permission to post your designed card and any photo(s) on it. Any personal info such as last names and/or addresses, phone numbers and other identifying information will be altered to protect your privacy.

Liability
- We are not responsible for photographs lost during transit. Consider making duplicates of your photographs before sending them to us.
- We are not responsible for delays in shipping at the fault of the United States Postal Service.

Payment
Say It On Paper™ accepts major credit cards through the PayPal service. Please visit www.paypal.com to view their privacy policy and conditions documents.

Copyright Notice
This website and all its contents, including design, art, text and photographs is owned by Say It On Paper™ and is protected under US Copyright Laws. It is against the law to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, display or in any way commercially exploit any of its contents. All printed custom photo cards created solely by Say It On Paper™ are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission. When you purchase a custom designed photo card or custom designed product from Say It On Paper^TM, you are purchasing a pre-printed product created by an artist--you are not purchasing the copyrights to it (the right to reproduce). Reproducing copyrighted material is prohibited by law.

The products of other companies posted on this site are trademarked and/or copyrighted by their manufacturer and cannot be copied, downloaded or reproduced in anyway.

Trademark
Say It On Paper™, Say It On Paper™ logo and name are trademarks of Say It On Paper™. You cannot display or use in any manner the Say It On Paper™ trademarks without prior permission.

Creative Rights
Say It On Paper™ retains the rights to all custom designs and custom photo designs created solely by Say It On Paper™ and designs are not intended for free use.

Email Promotions
Occasionally we send email promotions or notices to opt-in subscribers only. If you wish to remove your email address from our list, simply contact us to let us know. We NEVER sell, rent, or share email addresses with outside companies or individuals.
