HOW TO ORDER YOUR PREFERRED MESSAGES
(Does not apply to custom photo cards.)

The layout of your cards or gifts - The layouts shown on our website are exactly how they will appear on your final printed pieces. If you would like something different, contact us and we will try to meet your needs. Your message or words - We will accommodate as many lines as allowed by size of card, note or label. In some cases, an additional charge may apply due to additional lines. Use the sample shown for guidelines in terms of characters per line, and number of lines. Please note: When ordering, type message text EXACTLY as you would like it printed. (so simply make sure any letters you want capitalized are typed as such.)

TYPESTYLES
The type fonts are available as shown on the layout you choose. If you choose matching invitations and thank you cards and/or labels, those pieces will have matching typestyles unless you request otherwise. In some cases, other typestyles are available. When in doubt please call us.

INK COLOR
In a few cases, you can choose the color of your type. This is not available on all invitations and cards, but you will see it indicated on the product page if it is.

PROOFS
You may request a proof via fax or email. Proofs are not provided with every order. For those not offered, a proof may be available for an additional charge. We highly recommend this step, especially for high quantity order or time sensitive orders, although it is not necessary.

PHOTOS
If the design you picked includes a space for your own photo you can send your photo to us via email or mail. Our email address for photos is photos@sayitonpaper.net. We prefer you send your photo in high-resolution (300 dpi) JPEG files. If you would like to send your photo via mail, please contact us for a mailing address. You can also send files via FTP, contact us for instructions and log in information. If your photo has been professionally taken, please submit the photographer's written consent for use. Photos with stamps or watermarks can not be scanned without the photographer's written consent for use. Photos are returned with your order.

Do I pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax of 8.75% is charged to all orders shipped within in the State of Louisiana. All other states are exempt from sales tax.

Do you ship to Canada?
No. Sorry, we are unable to ship to Canada at this time.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Cash as well as Credit and Debit cards processed through paypal. You can also pay with your bank account through paypal. (If needed we will accept money orders & personal checks.) Orders are not processed until payment is received.

Do I need a PayPal membership in order to pay with PayPal?
No. You can pay securely with a debit or credit card (even a bank account) through PayPal without signing up for a membership. We will send you a detailed invoice through paypal when you are ready to place your order. You can pay according to instructions in the email. Or simply click on the purple "Click here to send your payment" button on our home page to start the payment process.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED
We guarantee your order will be printed to your exact specifications. If it is not, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. When you order, please double check the spelling carefully. When in doubt, we highly recommend a proof before printing, which adds time to the schedule but may reassure you of what you'll be getting.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please allow two to three weeks for delivery of all personalized items. We do our best to provide you with quality and fast service. Items ordered together may arrive separately. We use standard shipping in the United States only. Shipping and handling costs are as follows:

Custom Photo Card Orders are shipped for a flat rate of $9.00

Do you offer local pickup?
If you are in the New Orleans/St. Tammany area, we can offer local pickup at a prearranged location.
