Your payment transactions are secure. If you choose not to pay by cash (in store) or by check (by mail) you will be sent an email payment invoice. We use PayPal email payments as a secure easy-to-use payment solution that lets you pay online using a credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. You do not need a PayPal account, you control how you pay and your transactions are secure.

If you place an order on our Carlson Craft® site your information and order is secure. Your credit information is handled by VeriSign, the industry standard to provide protection for your credit card information. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission. We DO NOT store your credit card number after your order has been completed. You will need to re-enter your credit card every time you make a purchase. Your privacy is respected.

What about my personal information?
When you place an order or fill out an order request, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and so forth. Your name and address information is used solely for processing your order. We do not share, sell or rent any personal information. We will not disclose any personal information unless required by law to do so.

What about E-mail?
Information contained within email inquiries sent to us is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and/or processing your order. We will send you information and offers by e-mail, if you have requested it. We will always give you the opportunity to be removed from our e-mail mailing list.
